Janakpur Today: Municipality and Village Councils' board vandalized by morcha

Agitated morcha cadres have padlocked and vandalized the board of newly established municipalities and rural municipalities in eastern Dhanusha. The morcha cadres led by Arun Singh Mandal, Central Committee Member of Federal Socialist Forum Nepal on Tuesday afternoon padlocked and vandalized the board of Sahid Municipality, Janak Nandini Village Council and Kamala Ridisiddhi Village Council in Yadukoha. Morcha is protesting against government’s local level restructuring without proceeding with constitutional amendment process. Earlier, morcha had padlocked and vandalized board in District Coordination Committee , Aurahi Village Council and others. पूर्वी धनुषामा हालै संचालनमा आएको नगरपालिका र गाउँपालिका कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरेर मोर्चाका कार्यकर्ताहरुले बोर्ड तोडफोड गरेका छन् । संघीय समाजवादी फोरम नेपालका केन्दिय सदस्य अरुण सिंह मण्डलको नेतृत्वमा मंगलबार दिउँसो गएका मोर्चाका कार्यकर्ताहरुले यदुकोहास्थित शहिद नगरपालिका, जनक नन्दनी गाउँपालिका र कमला रिद्धिसिद्धि गाउँपालिकाको कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरेर बोर्ड तोडफोड गरेका छन् । परिमार्जनसहित संविधान संशोधन प्रक्रिया अगाडी नबढाएर सरकारले स्थानीय तह पुर्नसंरचना गरेको विरोधमा मोर्चाले कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी र बोर्ड तोडफोड गरेका छन् । यसअघि मोर्चाका कार्यकर्ताहरुले जिल्ला समन्वयन समिति , औरही गाउँपालिका लगायतको कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरेर बोर्ड तोडफोड गरेको थियो ।
