Locals of Rupauliya VDC are in protest demanding undivided Rupauliya. The locals also staged sit-in and demonstrated in front of district administration office of Nawalparasi. They have also submitted a memorandum to district development committee and district development office. According to locals, they do not mind keeping Rupauliya in whichever rural municipality but their demand is that their VDC should not be divided into more than one rural municipality. अखण्ड रुपौलियाको माग गर्दै जिल्लाको रुपौलिया गाविसका बासिन्दा आन्दोलित भएका छन् । रुपौलिया गाविसलाई स्थानीय निकाय पुन: संरचना गर्दा छुट्टिए पनि सो माग गरेका हुन् । गाविसबाट सदरमुकाम आएर जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय अगाडी नाराबाजी र धर्ना समेत बसेका थिए । केहि समय प्रदर्शन पछि जिल्ला विकास समिति र जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयमा ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाएर जुन सुकै गाउपालिकामा राखीए पनि रुपौलिया गाविसलाई एउटैमा राख्नु पर्ने उनीहरुको माग थियो ।
