Nabin Guragain of Fungling municipality 3 is on huger strike demanding social justice. He is on strike since 10th of May, Wednesday. According to him, landlord took away his ancestral land without doing it's proper valuation because of which he is on strike in the land itself. Few years old Guragain had taken 2 lakh rupees loan from Ram Baral of the same residence during a transaction. Guragain claims that he has given money to Baral from time to time which amounts to a total of 1 lakh 50 thousand rupees despite of which Baral took his filed of seven ropanees. According to Nabin Guragain his own lawyer trapped him in this fraudulent act. सामाजिक न्यायको माग गर्दै ताप्लेजुङ फङ्लिङ नगरपालिकाका एक व्यक्ति आमरण अनसनमा बसेका छन् । फुङ्लिङ नगरपालिका-३ का नविन गुरागाई अाफ्नाे पुख्र्यौली जमिनको मुल्याङ्कन नगरी साहुले हडपेको भन्दै बुधबारदेखि गुमेको जग्गामा आमरण अनसनमा सुरु गरेका हुन् । सोही स्थानका राम बरालसँग केही वर्ष पहिले नगद लेनदेनको क्रममा आफूले २ लाख लिएर पटकपटक गरी विश्वासको आधारमा कागज नगरी १ लाख ५० हजार दिए पनि नदिएको भन्दै अदालतमा मुद्दा हाली ७ रोपनि खेत हडपेको गुरागाईको गुनासो रहेको छ । बरालले अदालतमा मुद्दा हालेपछि आफ्नो वकिलले जिल्लाको सबै आफूले हेर्ने भन्दै आफूलाई जिल्ला आउनु नपर्ने आफै सबै गर्ने भनेर आˆनै वकिलले फसाएको उनले बताए । उनी व्यवसायको सिलसिलामा परिवारसहित काठमाडौं बस्दै आएका थिए । विपक्षि वकिल र साहु राम बरालले अनसनरत गुरागाईको धान खेती हुने सडक छेउको सात रोपनी जग्गाको मुल्याङ्कन कम देखाई स्थानीयसँग पनि सोही आधारको मुचुल्का बनाई अदालतमा पेश गरी आफूलाई फसाएको उनको दुखेसो रहेको छ ।
