A complaint has been lodged against 25-year-old Satyan Mandal and 27-year-old Bilakchhyan Mandal of Dhangadhimai-7 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. Citing that the duo raped the minor girl on June 17, the girl's relatives lodged a complaint at the police. The victim went under medical examination at District Hospital in Siraha on June 17. Inspector Rajendra Kumar Upadhyaya of Area Police Office Golbazar informed that the police are looking for the accused men who are on the run. १४ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले धनगढीमाई नपा-७ का २५ वर्षीय सत्यन मण्डल र सोही ठाउँका २७ वर्षीय विलक्षण मण्डलविरूद्ध इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय गोलबजारमा असार ३ गते उजुरी दिएको छ । पीडित पक्षका अनुसार आरोपितले असार ३ गते सत्यनले बलात्कार गरेको र विलक्षणले बलात्कार गर्न सहयोग पुर्‍याएका थिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण जिल्ला अस्पताल सिरहामा असार ३ गते भएको थियो । इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय गोलबजारका इन्स्पेक्टर राजेन्द्रकुमार उपाध्यायका अनुसार आरोपित फरार रहेकोले खोजतलास भइ रहेको बताए ।
