Locals of Shivalaya Rural Municipality ward number 6 have padlocked Indra Jyoti Secondary School on June 8 accusing the Principal of corruption. Coordinator of the agitation Krishna Bahadur Shahi said that the money under various budget heads were personally used by the accused. He also said that they would not remove the padlock unless their demand of proper audit of the expenses is addressed. जनप्रतिनिधिले नै विद्यालयमा अनियमितता भएको भन्दै शिवालय गाउँपालिका वडा नम्बर ६ का स्थानीयवासीले यहाँको इन्द्रज्योति माविमा तालाबन्दी गरेका छन् । विद्यालयमा मनोमानी तरिकाले भ्रस्टाचार गरेको, विभिन्न शिर्षकमा आएको रकम कामै नगरी खाएको भन्दै सोमबारदेखि विद्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरिएको अन्दोलनकारीका संयोजक कृष्ण बहादुर शाहीले बताए । विद्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गर्दै तत्कालिन प्रधानाद्यापक तथा हालका शिवालय गाउँपालिकाका अद्यक्ष नरेन्द्र शाही माथि लाखौं रकम अनियमितता गरेको आरोप लगाएको छ । सबै कुराको हिसाब नहुन्जेलसम्म संयोजक कृष्ण बहादुर शाहीले बताए ।
