Nepalgunj municipality had been dumping waste since a long time in a person's steep land in Bulbuliya. The land owner restricted the municipality after the land filled up with waste. Despite of denying to put waste in the land, municipality dumped it in the same area on 7 July, Friday. After the municipality team returned, private waste collection tractor reached there to dump the waste on Friday and the tractor driver along with two assistants were beaten by the land owners. Driver Badku Singh and assistants Mahesh Balmiki and Guddu Balmiki were beaten.
