Cadres of Biplab led Nepal Communist Party smeared black soothe on the face of Padam Sharma who is the contractor for constructing the road from Katuwakhola to Tulsipur. Citing the contractor's failure to construct the road even after 4 years since the contract, the NCP cadres smeared him black. The NCP cadres even tried to justify their action saying that the delay in construction has compelled the citizens to suffer from air pollution and other health risks. पूल निर्माणमा ढिलाई गर्ने एकजना ठेकेदारलाई नेपाल कम्यूनिष्ट पार्टी विप्लवका कार्यकर्ताले दाङमा कालोमोसो दलेका छन् । घोराहीको कटुवाखोला देखि तुलसीपुर चौक सम्मको सडक विस्तारको जिम्मा लिएका पदम शर्माले चारवर्ष पुग्दा समेत सडक विस्तारको कार्य पुरा नगरेको भन्दै विप्लवका कार्यकर्ताले शर्मालाई कालोमोसो दलेका छन् । शर्मालाई कालोमोसो दलेपछि जानकी दहितले पठाएको विज्ञप्तिमा सडक डिभिजन कार्यालय घोराही सडक निर्माणको जिम्मा लिएको निर्माण कम्पनीको मिलेमतोमा लापरवाही भइरहेको उल्लेख छ । समयमै सडक निर्माण नहुँदा जनता धुँवा, धुलोवाट आक्रान्त बनेको , उनीहरुको स्वास्थ्य जोखिममा परेको हुँदा सरोकारवालाहरुलाई सचेत तुल्याउन र निर्माण कार्य छिटो गर्नकालागि ठेकेदारलाई जनकारवाही स्वरुप कालोमोसो दलिएको जारी विज्ञप्तिमा उल्लेखछ
