A case has been filed against 40-years-old Laxman Yadav, a resident of Rajbiraj Municipality- on a charge of a rape case. 22-year-old victim girl went under medical check-up at Ganasi Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital in Rajbiraj on October 11. She has been kept in the safe shelter house but her she is in critical condition said police. The victim stated that while searching a room for rent, Yadav got hold of her and then assaulted her by locking her up in a room on October 10. SP Mukesh Kumar Shing said that even though 2 people have been taken into custody, the major perpetrator has already absconded. He also added that police is searching for him.
