Police on Friday arrested two persons on the charge of raping two underage girls in Bhaktapur. The arrested have been identified as Sujan Gawacha (16) of Liwali in Bhaktapur Municipality-8 of Bhaktapur district and Milan Shrestha (16) of Ramechhap district currently residing in Liwali of the district. According to police, the duo allegedly raped two 14-year-old girls of Inacho and Liwali of the district in the second storey of an abandoned three and a half storey building in Changunarayan Municipality-7 on Thursday. The police after being informed of the incident on Friday arrested Gawacha and Shrestha on the same day and sent the girls to the Maharajgunj-based Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital for the medical check-up, informed police. Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, said police. बालिकालाई जवरजस्ती करणी गरेको अभियोगमा भक्तपुर नगरपालिका–८ लिवाली बस्ने १६ बर्षीय सुजन गवचा र रामेछाप घर भई भक्तपुर लिवाली बस्ने १६ बर्षीय मिलन श्रेष्ठलाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । उनीहरुले बिहीबार चागुँनारायण नगरपालिका–७ स्थित पुरानो साढे तीन तले घरको दोश्रो तलामा भक्तपुर ईनाचो बस्ने १४ बर्षीया र लिवाली बस्ने १४ बर्षीया बालिकालाई जवरजस्ती करणी गरेको बताइएको छ । सो घटनाको खबर शुक्रबार प्राप्त हुनासाथ खटिएको प्रहरी टोलीले गवचा र श्रेष्ठलाई पक्राउ गर्नुका साथै पीडित बालिका समेतलाई स्वास्थ्य परिक्षणको लागि शिक्षण अस्पताल महाराजगंज पठाई यस सम्बन्धमा आवश्यक अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ ।
