Relief distribution program of Dunduwa rural municipality had been halted after the locals of Halbaldoli-3, Bankatti and Bankatwa protest against the relief distribution program. They accused that the ward chairman and Rural municipality chairman had done discrimination against the flood victims of Bankatti, Halbaldoli, and Bankatwa in relief distribution program. District natural disaster rescue committee had given an order to the concerned ward chairman to collect the data of flood victims. Dunduwa Rural municipality chairperson Narendra Chaudhary said they will collect the data flood survivors and send it to the concerned authority office. Security has been gear up in the area after the protest. डुंडुंवा गाउँपालिका वडा नम्बर ३ हल्बलडोली, बनकट्टी र बनकटवा गाउँका बासिन्दाले अबरोध गरेपछि बाढीपिडितका लागि भइरहेको राहत वितरण रोकिएको छ । आन्दोलनरत स्थानीयले बाढीपिडितको फारम भर्दा आफुँहरुमाथि भेदभाब गरिएको आरोप लगाएका छन् । जिल्ला दैबीप्रकोप उद्धार समितिले सम्बन्धित वडाअध्यक्ष्यको रोहबरमा बाढीपिडितको फारम भरेको थियो । त्यसक्रममा वडाध्यक्ष्य लगाएत फारम भर्नेले भेदभाब गरेको बाढीपिडितले आरोप लगाएका छन् । डुंडुंवा गाउँपालिकाका अध्यक्ष्य नरेन्द्र चौधरीले छुटेका बाढीपिडितको तथ्यांक संकलन गरि केन्द्रमा सिफारिस गर्ने बताए । बाढीपिडितले आन्दोलन गरेपछि उक्त क्षेत्रमा ठुलो मात्रामा ससस्त्र प्रहरी र जनपथ प्रहरी परिचालन गरिएको छ ।
