Bank staff rapes 13-year-old girl

A Nepal Rastra Bank employee in Janakpur has been arrested on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. Police said arrested 47-year-old Bijaya Kumar Neupane of Janakpur Sub- metropolis-3 was arrested based on the complaint lodged by the girl’s family on Tuesday. Neupane had allegedly raped the teenager on May 23. (PR)
