Man held in attempted rape case

Police arrested a man charged with attempted rape of a minor girl in Makwanpur district on Wednesday. Police said 27-year-old Raj Kumar Rana of Indrasarobar Rural Municipality-3, was arrested for reportedly trying to rape a 11-year-old girl. Rana had allegedly tried to rape the girl by taking her to a local forest, police said. (PR)
