Police have arrested Prabej Musalman, 24 of Butwal Sub-metropolitan City-2 on charge of luring six year old boy and practicing unnatural sex. He was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s mother at Area Police Office of Butwal. SI Babu Ram Puri of Area Police Office said that he was arrested for the investigation and victim underwent health checkup at Lumbini Zonal Hospital on June 25. ६ वर्षीया बालकलाई अप्राकृतिक मैथुन गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले कपिलवस्तु जिल्ला शिवराज नपा-१२ स्थायी घर्रभई बुटवल उमनपा-२ मा डेरागरी बस्ने २४ वर्षीय प्रवेज मुसलमानलाई असार ११ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । आरोपितले पीडित बालकलाई चकलेट दिने प्रलोभन देखाएर असार ११ गते अप्राकृतिक मैथुन गरेको भनी पीडित बालककी आमाले इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय बुटवलमा उजुरी दिएकी थिइन् । पीडित बालककी आमाले दिएको उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितविरूद्ध कारवाही अगाडि बढाइएको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालयका सई बाबुराम पुरीले बताए । पीडित बालकको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण असार ११ गते लुम्बिनी अञ्चल अस्पताल बुटवलमा गरिएको छ ।
