Police have arrested 45 years old Kedar Bhandari of Sugauli Rural Municipality-2, Gadi on charge of raping 15 years old girl from the last three months. The accused Bhandary was arrested by Rangapur Police Post and transferred to District Police Office of Parsa. The victim underwent a health checkup at Narayani sub-regional hospital on July 22 and the incident is under the investigation according to SP Rewati Dhakal of DPO. १५ वर्षीया बालिकालाई तीन महिनादेखि बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले पटेर्वा सुगौली गाउँपालिका–२ गादीको लक्ष्मीपुर गाउँका ४५ वर्षीय केदार भण्डारीलाई साउन ६ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । आरोपित भण्डारीलाई रङ्गपुर प्रहरी चौकीले गिरफ्तार गरी जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय पर्सामा साउन ६ गते पठाएको छ । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण साउन ६ गते नै बीरगञ्जको नारायणी उपक्षेत्रीय अस्पतालमा गरिएको छ । घटनाको अनुसन्धान गरी मुद्दा चलाउने जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय पर्साका एसपी रेवती ढकालले बताए ।
