Police have arrested 30 years old Suman alias Bikram Rai of Phalelung Rural Municipality-5 on charge of raping 16 years old girl. The victim’s party had lodged complaint at District Police Office on August 28 on charge of rape on August 20. He was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s party according to SI Bishnu Khadka of DPO. The victim underwent health checkup at District hospital on August 27. १६ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले फालेलुङ गाउँपालिका–५ का ३० वर्षीय सुमन भन्ने विक्रम राईलाई भदौ १४ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले भदौ ४ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले भदौ १२ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा दिएको उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको सो कार्यालयका सई विष्णु खड्काले बताए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण भदौ १२ गते जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको छ ।
