A principal of Api Himal Rural Municipality-4 has been arrested in accusation of raping his own daughter-in-law. District police office Kailali have arrested Dan Singh Dhami, principal of Tamakhani Bhagawati lower secondary school, Apihimal Rural Municipality, Baiadi. Police had arrested Dhami after a complaint lodged by victim daughter-in-law of Bista. The victim had accused father in law had raped her several times before. District police office, Kailali had taken accused Dhami into custody and investigating over the incident. The woman is under protection of Womens rehabilitation center (WOREC), Dhangadhi.
