Tractors businessman and employees picketed in front of Chandrapur Municipality office Rautahat with Tractors. More than 100 tractors employees and businessman picketed Municipality office, Chandrapur with their tractors. They accused the municipality office had not opened bid for export of river minerals like sand, mud and stone. The businessman accused the municipality office had not opened a bid as the time to open bid had already-passed. The municipality office had not opened bid yet as the power to open bid and export river minerals had been sifted into local levels from District development Committee. ट्रेक्टर व्यवसायी तथा मजदुरहरुले चंद्रपुर नगरपालिकाको कार्यालय घेराउ गरेका छन् । सुक्रबार करिब एक सय ट्रयाक्टर कार्यालय अगाडी राखेर उनीहरुले बिरोध प्रदर्शन गरेका हुन् । नगरपालिकाले नदिजन्य बस्तु निकासी गर्न ठेक्का नलगाएको भन्दै उनीहरुले कार्यालय घेराउ गरेका हुन् । ट्रयाक्टर मजदुर तथा व्यवसायीहरुले चन्द्रपुर नगरपालिकाले बागमती र चाँदी नदीबाट बालुवा , ढुंगा तथा गीटि उठाउन ढिलो गरेको भन्दै कार्यालय घेराउ गरेका हुन् । नगरपालिकाले असोज १ गते देखि नै नदिजन्य सामग्रीको टेन्डर खुलाउनपर्नेमा अशोज १२ हुँदा पनि प्रक्रिया सुरु गरेको छैन ।
