The Free Student Union has padlocked the office of department of Public Administration and Management faculty of the university accusing that the Dean of Management faculty Dilliraj Sharma unfairly passed some M.Phil students who had failed.

FSU president of Janaprakashan campus Pankaj Subedi said that they were forced to resort to padlock as the university under political influence failed some students who had passed the written test and passed those who had failed.
