Engineer gets threatening from ward chairman

Kosh Raj Joshi, road Engineer for survey, has complained of getting threatening from ward chair Jaya Bahadur Kunwar of Surnaya Rural Municipality-6. The engineer Joshi is in survey of road as per the planning from allocated budget from the province government.
The physical infrastructure ministery of SUdur Paschim has allocated 10 million rupees for the road network at Bijayapur of Baitadi district.
Ward chairman Kunwar in a writing threatened the engineer who came in Baitadi along with his team for survey. The letter threatens him to put shoes garland according to the victim. He threatened him to put shoes garland if the road survey is nit conducted as per his will. Engineer Joshi added that he has call record of threatening by him.
