Police arrests 32 Human Rights activists from New Baneshwor

Police on Wednesday detained 32 Human Rights activists including 9 woman from New Baneshwor at the demonstration of Human Rights and Peace Society. Police arrested the demonstrators including founding chairperson of Human Rights and Peace Society Krishna Pahadi while they were heading to picket the parliament building in New Baneshwor demanding the sacking of Tourism Minister Rabindra Adhikari for his alleged involvement in the wide body scam, fulfillment of doctor Govinda KCs demand amongst others.
