Police have arrested a person from Saptari on suspicion of murder of his teenage daughter. The arrested has been identified as 45-year-old Turantalal Badahi of Balan Bihul rural municipality-4 Belhi. Police arrested him after his 16-year-old daughter Sarita Kumari Badahi was found dead half naked at home on Monday evening. The deceased also bore injury marks on different parts of her body. Police have grown more suspicious of the victim's parent as the mother of the victim has gone on the run informed inspector of Area Police Office Kadarbana Surendra Kumar Shrestha. During interrogation,  Turuntalal confessed to have beaten his daughter, however he denied killing her. The deceased is believed to be in relationship with the brother of her brother-in-law in India against the will of her parents. Police are further investigating on the incident.
