Police arrested Chandra Bahadur Limbu, 54, of Phedap rural municipality-1 on February 10 on the charge of killing his wife, Indra Kumari Limbu, 51, on February 9.

According to Inspector Narayan Gautam of District Police Office, the accused was arrested after the complaint against Chandra was lodged on February 10 by the victim's brother. The neighbor informed the victim's side after seeing the dead body of Indra Kumari  on February 10  

The autopsy of the dead body was done at District Hospital on February 11 after the victim's relatives denied to take dead body until the case of murder filed against him.

According to Inspector Gautam, investigation is ongoing and the police are waiting for the autopsy report for further action.
