A person was arrested by Dhading District Police Office on Monday for allegedly raping his stepdaughter repeatedly. Police said the incident could not come out sooner due to the threats of killing if the incident was made public.  

 45-year-old father from Benighat Rorang VDC-4 had been raping his 8-year-old step daughter for a long time. The victim's mother filed a complaint in the police office after seeing the husband rape her daughter in a bamboo bush.
