Youth arrested for raping a woman with mental disability

Makwanpur police arrested two people on charges of rape. Jitendra Mukhiya Win, 23, of Bara Karaiyamai rural municipality-2 and Buddha Lal Moktan, 21, of Hetauda-11, were arrested on separate rape charges.
Moktan was arrested on charge of raping a 20-year-old woman with mental disability at his own home.
