Padlocking in school by students

The students of 1st batch technical education group of Shree Nepal Rashtriya Higher Secondary School have padlocked the Bakuliya Administration in Bara on 31st of December.
The amount(Rs.15000) that they were supposed to get by National Exam Board was not given therefore they were compelled to do padlocking student, Ritesh Sah said.
They padlocked the school administration demanding the punishment to the school's principal Kishori Prasad Yadav.
