The administrative and development works have been stalled due to the padlocking in Chhayanath Rara municipality office for three days. Due to the padlocking, the service seekers who have come for government service for hours are forced to return empty-handed. Local representatives affiliated to CPN, including deputy chief, Suntala Rokaya, padlocked the office from Sunday citing authoritative working nature of Harijung Shahi, the head of Municipality,from Nepali Congress.
