A complaint of rape case was lodged against 20-year-old Rupi Hamal of Roshi rural municipality-10 Tare at Area Police Office Banepa on the charge of raping a 15-year-old on April 1. 

In the complaint, the victim reported that Hamal raped her by taking her to his room after following her from her home against her will on March 31. He left her at the front of her house around 3:00 AM on April 1 after raping her. Police are looking for the accused who went on the run. Police are further investigating on the incident.
