28-year-old Sunita Nepali, who had been living in her parental home after her husband had stopped looking after her economically, has filed a case against her husband in District Court with the help from INSEC staff.
Sunita's husband, Kamal Bahadur Nepali, 35, works in Nepal Army. He stopped looking after Sunita after marrying another woman. According to Sunita, Kamal Bahadur used to beat her and was indifferent to her economic and emotional needs.
