Blackout organized to press the government to scrap Guthi Bill

The Guthi Protest Struggle Committee has stated that it successfully organized a blackout from 7:30 pm to 7:45 pm on Saturday in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur district. The black out was organized as a part of the Committee's protest to pressure the government to scrap the Guthi Bill proposed by the government.
