Army personnel accused of attempted rape

Raj Kumar Shrestha, an army man, is accused of attempting rape on a woman on the afternoon of July 6. The victim filed a complaint against Shrestha stating that he attempted rape on her while she went to Shrestha's house in Suryabinayak Municipality-6 looking for a room.
A police team from Metropolitan Police Circle, Bhaktapur, took Shrestha in custody for investigation.
