Dhanusha woman helps man rape her daughter

An incident of rape has become public where a woman helped a man rape her own daughter.
40-year-old Sitaram Mahato raped a 12-year-old girl of Bhangaha Municipality. According to the victim, the victim's mother took her to Delhi, India and made her have sexual relations with Mahato. Mahato allegedly raped the girl multiple times for 15 days. The girl is from the Dalit community.
