Locals of Jumla district headquarter Khalanga staged a demonstration carrying wooden torch as a protest on Friday as they were compelled to stay in the dark without electricity since the past one month.
District headquarter Khalanga has been in darkness since the past one month after the Indian construction contractor fled amidst the project.
