Accused of rape arrested

Police has arrested Suraj Chaudhary, 19, of Birtamod Municipality-5 on charge of raping 18-year-old girl on 4 August.
According to SI Tarka Bahadur Basnet, the accused was arrested for investigation after complaint lodged at Area Police office, Anarmani on 4 August by victim’s family of raping victim on 29 July.
Victim girl’s health checkup was conducted at Mechi Zonal hospital on 4 August.
