A complaint was registered at District Police Office Sindhupalchowk on Monday against 62-year-old Khus Bahadur Dulal of Sangachowkgadhi municipality-13 on the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl.
The victim's family lodged the complaint saying that he raped her on August 16, informed DSP Madhavraj Kafle. The victim underwent medical examination at Chautara hospital on Monday.
