Police arrested Shankar BK aka Rythmn BC from Mangalsen in Achham on Saturday on the charge of abusing Police Chief on a facebook post. In the post, he wrote ' This corrupt man is responsible for framing Rabi Lamichhane.....'/The post was shared over 500 times.
It was informed that action would be initiated against BK under the Electronic Transaction Act.
