Complaint of rape filed

A 23-year-old girl has filed a complaint of rape against 24-year-old Milan Khatri of Tilottama municipality-7 on September 8. The victim said she was offered an intoxicating drink on August 15 after which she was raped by giving threats.
The necessary action is being taken and the accused absconder is being searched, said Dharmaraj Bhandari, DSP of Rupandehi district police office. The victim underwent a medical examination in Bhim hospital on September 8.
