29-year-old Lokendra Khadayat, 21-year-old Anil Rana, and 22-year-old Sandip Rana have been arrested on 10th September in charge of abducting a 16-year old child.  The arrested youth are the residents of Dhangadi sub-metropolis-16. 

Those youths, in the disguise of Police, had abducted the girl on the midnight of 7th September on the pretext of interrogation for an incident.   According to Dakche Kumar Basnet , the DSP of Kailali District Police, a case of abduction and rape has been filed against the accused on 8th September. 

The victim underwent a medical examination on 8th September in Seti zonal hospital, DSP  Basnet said.
