Students of Punnyamata School in Siddhicharan Municipality-10, on September 9, locked the principal Khadananda Khatiwoda and accountant Narendra Dhamala in their workplace accusing them of not providing accurate information regarding the performance enhancement examination of class 12 held on September 8. The staff at the school gave the students notice that their exam would be held at Sagarmatha Secondary School in the district headquarter. However, the exam was held in Rumjataar; therefore the students reached the exam center an hour late. The agitated students and parents then locked two staff at the school. Two staff were later released by the district police said Inspector Rajiv Shrestha.
