The mayor of Urlabari municipality, Khadga Bahadur Phagole, has padlocked the quarter of Tek Kumar Regmi, the head of the municipal administrative office. The municipal police, under the direction of the Mayor, have padlocked the quarter.  According to the sources, the mayor and the administrative head had a general dispute between them about the leave. After that, Regmi had left the office, voicing security threats from the Mayor. He has also filed a request for security in the district administrative office.  

However, Mayor Phagole said that the quarter was padlocked to keep the valuables safe.
