The local representatives of Geruwa Rural Municipality including the ward chairperson padlocked the rural municipality office on Sunday demanding special village assembly. 

In addition, the local representatives also had objections to the increment of facilities for the employees and the vacancy announcement for additional teachers. 

The Rural Municipality Chairperson Jaman Singh KC condemned the padlocking of the rural municipality office and called the action against the duty and dignity of the representatives.
