Police arrests man on the charge of rape attempt in Gorkha

Police on October 1, have arrested 42-year-old Prakash Neupane of Palungtar municipality-4 on the charge of attempting rape on a 22-year-old girl. Neupane, who was staying in a hotel in Gorkha Municipality-6 reportedly tried to rape the girl at midnightl by sneaking through the hotel window on September 30.
The victim filed a verbal complaint of attempted rape against Neupane on October 1. The victim underwent a medical examination on the same date.
