Tribhuwan University's registrar's office locked down

On October 25, Nepal Student Union and Free Student Union locked down the office of the registrar of Tribhuvan University saying the chief of public administration department was appointed against the principles set by the administration department of the university. As per them, a junior staff was appointed for the position.
