Youth arrested from Panchkhal on rape charge

Police on Wednesday morning arrested 21-year-old Bikram Tamang of Panchkhal Municipality-1 Jyamire on the charge of raping an 18-year-old girl. Police deployed from Panchkhal police post arrested Tamang after being reported he raped the girl.
