Police have arrested a person on the charge of rape in Sunsari. Police arrested 35-year-old Girendra Rai of Dhankuta on the charge of raping a 13-year-old minor girl from Dharan Sub-metropolitan City-16 in his rented room at the same place on October 29. Rai and the victim are neighbours.
Police arrested Rai on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's family, informed DSP Dhundiraj Neupane of
