A 25-year-old victim of a rape-attempt has filed a complaint of rape on November 7 against 30-year-old Ramudgaar Das of Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality-3 in Area Police Office Maheshpur Patara.  The victim has alleged Das of attempting rape on November 7. The victim underwent a medical examination on the same date in District Hospital Siraha. Police have launched a manhunt to nab the absconding perpetrator.
