Police arrested 50-year-old Sobi Chand and 50-year-old Rami Chand of Shivanath Rural Municipality-5 on November 13 on charge of raping a 40-year-old woman with intellectual disability.

According to DSP Dillinarayan Pandey of District Police Office Baitadi, police arrested the accused based on the complaint filed by victim's relatives stating that the accused raped the victim on November 12. 

The victim's medical examination was conducted at District Hospital Baitadi on November 13.
