Rape accused arrested from Surkhet

Police on November 15 arrested 48-year-old Chakra Bahadur Thapa, principal of Bheriganga Municipality-2 Dinga based Kalika Primary School on the charge of raping a 42-year-old woman.
Police arrested, Thapa on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim against him, informed inspector Keshar Karki of District Police Office.
The victim underwent a medical examination at district hospital.
