Complaint lodged against rape accused youth in Siraha
2019-11-24
Family members of a 13-year-old girl has filed a complaint of rape against 25-year-old Dharmendra Kumar Mandal of Kalyanpur Municipality-3 at Area Police Office Mirchaiya on November 25.
In the complaint the girl's family accused Mandal of raping her the previous day on November 24. The victim underwent a medical examination following the complaint.
Police are looking for the accused who is on the run informed DSP Sukdev Khanal of APO Mirchaiya.
