Police arrested three persons after the relatives went down in protest and vandalism on December 2. They protested against the delay of the police officials' investigation into what the relatives are claiming as the abduction of 16-year-old Gaurika Sha of Rajbiraj Municipality-7.  Police arrested Gopal Sha, Jai Sha and Rahul Razak of the same place along with Shah in allegations of vandalism of the booking counter of Om Sai Baba Transport, whereat their prime suspect of abduction, Bikash Karna of Rajbiraj-7, was working. 

It is not possible to say if the case is that of kidnapping as preliminary investigation suggests that the duo might have been in a love affair, said DSP Tilak Bharati.
