Sixteen cadres of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Biplov who were kept in custody of Bajura District Police Office have reported facing torture at the hands of police officers in the jail to the representatives of INSEC on December 16.
They were arrested on November 8 from Majhapaali of Gaumul Rural Municipality-3. Police mercilessly beat them up after precursory health checkup, said one of the Biplov cadres.
